Adventure 1- The Return of an old Foe

Nebiat’s forces will assault the party’s home town of Eben’s Spur.  A tribe of Orokh will hit the front gates, and when the milita responds a group of undead will invade the town from the docks.  This two-pronged assault is designed to wipe the town out.  It will ultimately fail, both because of the party and their mentors.

Goals

- Get the PCs to care about Eben’s Spur

- Get the PCs to understand the difference between Valys & Hasra

- Provide a basic understanding of what vampyr & consumed are

- Provide basic history about the war between Hasra & Olivantia, as well as the purge

- Demonstrate that The Fist considers itself part of Hasra, not Valys & that they will not help the ‘provincials’

- Actively demonstrate how religion works

- Teach the players to fear Orokh

- Give the PCs clues that their mentors were involved in some shady business during the war.  They know who N is, and seem to have expected her return.
