Setting: Terent’s quarters

The LT. escorts the players back to the rooms they were given earlier and asks them to wait there. He will return shortly with their coin.

Events
-Lt. Terent explains that he will have them given an amount of gold equivalent to the silver that they brought, so that they don’t need to worry about escorting the cart back to town.
- Terent also recommends that if the PCs wish to hire mercenaries they should head north to the city of Canton Falls. Their coin should secure the services of a medium sized company, perhaps 100-150 men. The city is about a week’s journey, and it will take them another two weeks to get back to Eben’s Spur.
- The PCs are left alone to discuss what to do next. Do they head to Canton Falls to gather help, or back to Eben’s Spur to request additional instructions? Elle believes they should head back. If the Governor wants them to procure troops he can send them to do so, and it will only add a few days to such a trip.
