Aegyptus was appointed magistrate of the docks three years ago by the proconsul. He is an ambitious member of house Garulan who shares the proconsul’s distaste for provincials. Aegyptus is fiercely loyal to House Enestius, which makes him the perfect servent for the proconsul and his uncle Magnus Arimus.
He is a brutal task master who is utterly incorruptible, so any attempts at bribes will not only fail but end with swift justice. Aegyptus runs the docks with an iron fist, and personally inspects every vessel that comes through.
